The run-up (for sellers)
A year to 18 months out from sale, we help agencies looking to sell get match fit for sale – drive new business, scale, diversify revenue. Closer to the time of going to market we’ll also work on the key selling points of the agency, the positioning and get relevant collateral ready to share with prospective buyers.
The brief (sellers & buyers)
Whether you’re looking to sell or buy, we spend time to understand what the brief is, what you’re looking for and what would be the right fit. We’ll build a shortlist – sourcing the company and individuals at the identified acquirers/acquierees.
The search (sellers & buyers)
We actively go out to the market to introduce the opportunity to relevant companies. Our outreach is 1-2-1, bespoke and tailored to your brief. We’ll share relevant collateral and qualify the suitability of the prospective seller / buyer.
The meetings (sellers & buyers)
Once we’ve identified a fit we’ll arrange a meeting for you to speak with them. We’ll prep you and run a rehearsal on what to cover in these meetings. We’ll also set a structure and agenda and make sure you have whatever collateral you need ready to go.
The sale (sellers & buyers)
We provide consultancy support from initial offers, statements of intent, escrows, exclusivity periods, term sheets, price negotiation and deal structure, due diligence to completion. We’ll also offer advice around valuations, deal structures and negotiation/prioritisation around multiple offers.
